How to make a spaghetti squash bomb

It’s easy!

1. Turn oven to 400 degrees or so.

2. DON’T poke or cut the squash in any way.

3. Wait for the boom (about 40 min.)

and enjoy…

To make the same recipe WITHOUT the mess and noise do the opposite of step #2.
